I’m thinking of trying Nutrisystem. Just wondering if anyone has any experiences they would like to share. Is the food good? How much weight did you lose?
i lost 50 pounds with it, but once you stop eating the food, and stop going by their diet, all the weight comes back on. if you want to invest in your life, try weight watchers. it is such a good program!

If so, how successful were you? Did you gain the weight back after you stopped the program?
I don’t know about the Medifast one but with so many of these ‘diets’ you will put the weight back after because you are not training yourself to eat healthily with normal foods.
The Rosemary Conley one is the best because it is eating ordinary foods that are low in fat, etc.
You also need to do a lot more exercise than usual.

I want to start the Zone Diet, and i know its a "40:30:30" ratio of calories obtained daily from carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. But what does that actually mean i have to do? What do i eat and not eat? And when?
High carbohydrate foods include potatoes, bread, rice, and pasta, among other things.
High protein food includes all meat, cheese, eggs etc.
High fat food is pretty obvious.
You can see your calorie ratio by putting in your food intake into sites like Myplate, which will make your dieting a lot easier.

Hey, so I’m 17 and i need to lose around 40 pounds. I’ve been overweight my whole life and I’ve tried weight watchers and everything already. My mom agreed to nutrisystem because it’s easy and she wants me to lose weight. Will it work since I’m young? Has anyone has success with it? my food should be here tomorrow !
Yes, if you follow the plan TO THE LETTER it will work. All NutriSystem does is portion control. If you combine that with exercising for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week, you WILL lose weight. Whatever you do, do not skip any of the meals or snacks - eating less than the recommended amount will slow your metabolism and totally sabotage your plan. Good luck, sweetie!

Here if you want a good diet that you WILL actually lose wait try eating just plain old meat, fruits,and vegetables(except ones that are grown under ground considering they are starchy). Wheat is not good for you so try to stay away from bread,try to have at least one glass of milk a day and maybe a yogurt to. Don’t be afriad of protein and meat because they have high fat levels fat is what keeps you full so you don’t eat as much as you usually do. Just make sure you eat until you just reach full don’t get overly full. For beverages try sticking to water and if you cant live without pop make it diet but water is the most important try to drink plenty of it. TRUST ME THIS DIET WILL WORK!
