   I had an idea after reading the “strawberry cheesecake” recipe;

   Why not Grate up some carrot, MIX THAT into cream cheese with splenda, add maybe a teaspoon of lemon juice and even a teaspoon of butter (usually this is in traditional carrot cake frosting). If you have a electric or hand mixer, this could be whipped as well which would be nice. Then top with walnuts. As soon as I get off induction, I’m doing this now

   1 or 2 peanut …
   1 or 2 peanut butter/chocolate aktins bar(3)carbs, some heavy whipping cream(0)cabrs ,put the atkins bar in a bowl, melt the atkins bar in the micro “carefull not to burn it, add some the sweetner of your choice. pour the whippin into the bowl with the atkins bar, and mix it up. instant chocolate pudding.

   When i was hardcore Lc’ing’) I used to get a small bowl of fresh strawberry’s 1-2oz of cream chesse and 1-2 packet’s of splenda, mix it all up and refrigirate it for a little bit;) And it taste’s like strawberry cheesecake!) Enjoy!~Nic
