    A good place to start for objective information on diet/disease is Pubmed. “PubMed Central (PMC) is the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) free digital archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature.”

    It takes 4 minutes to register for a Pubmed account. Once you obtain this account, simply do a search ie: “meat [insert name of disease]” or “dairy disease type” then do the same w/fruit. The non-profit studies are overwhelming- reflecting fruit reverses meat diseases…

    I lost 15 to 20 pounds right after I lost the first 20 pounds too. That’s when I noticed my sides hurting really bad. So I stopped ATKINS and the diet pills at the same time while running every day :) I’ve gained a little weight back since this video, but I can lose it quick without a problem.

    I dunno man, I had to stop sometimes. It can at times be very inconvinient like at the movies, when you take people out to eat, etc. etc. I stay low carb a lot of the time, but I don’t avoid them totally like I used to. I just don’t junk out and snack anymore, and if I drink a coke or a dr. pepper I usually keep it to 1 a week. I just pay closer attention to what I’m eating now, and I work out alot more. I’ve gained 4 pounds back, but I’ll lose those easily.

    Keep up the “low-carb thing” and you’ll find you’ll love eating this way for the rest of your life. I lost 180 pounds on Atkins low-carb in 2004 and have been able to keep it off ever since.

    I lost about 30 pounds in a month and a few days. But it wasn’t all ATKINS. I was running every single day and lifting weights. I was also taking a weight loss pill that I found out later was pretty dangerous so I’ll not name it.

    you haven’t done your research. You can have as much salad as you want. And yes you have have fruit, canalope, honey dew, straw berries, blueberries, crnberries. There are now granola’s and cerieals in the stores for atkins eaters. There are tons of things you can eat but you have like I said do your research.
