    Weird but working weight loss way!?
    I lost 15 pounds in one week in a very unusual way….

    Whenever I had too poo, I put some toilet paper down on the ground and I squated and then pooed.
    It really does work!

    It works by the combonation of squaing (tummy muscles contract) and the muscles in your lower tummy pushing out the poo. Plus, your butt gets really fit! ;)

    Its weird and it works!

    Dont call me a child, I am a 28 year old mom of 1.

    Try it for one week, please it WILL work!
    But you ahve to do it EVERYTIME you poo.

    I’ve never heard of this method of losing weight.

    If this is true, wouldn’t those places like Greece, in which their toilets really do have a hole straight to the sewerage system that you squat over to do your business, have thin people - this clearly is not the case, as there are so many overweight people there (like the rest of the world).

    It also sounds very unhygenic. I am sure that there are other similar exercises that you can do without having to defecate onto toilet paper on the floor. At least get a potty!
