i lost 50 pounds with it, but once you stop eating the food, and stop going by their diet, all the weight comes back on. if you want to invest in your life, try weight watchers. it is such a good program!

Yes, if you follow the plan TO THE LETTER it will work. All NutriSystem does is portion control. If you combine that with exercising for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week, you WILL lose weight. Whatever you do, do not skip any of the meals or snacks - eating less than the recommended amount will slow your metabolism and totally sabotage your plan. Good luck, sweetie!

nutri system is a diet itself, you don’t need to take no extra diet pill. also, diet pills don’t really work that well, especially if you are not working out with them.

It’s actually a good diet plan, even if you only want to lose a few pounds. My wife started it 6 months ago and has lost her desired weight. Now, she’ s still eating Nutrisystem food, and on occassion, I do too. As a personal trainer, I’m all about carb count, calorie intake, fat content and protein and I’ve found the Nutrisystem foods to be one of the better. As a bodybuilder, they are way too light on protein for me eat on a consistant basis, but in general, they are healthy and nutrtious. I’d recommend Nutrisystem for the goals you stated you want to achieve.
