how can I lose more weight with the Medifast diet?
Yazar: admin September 22, 2010I started the Medifast diet about a week ago and have lost about 12lbs. I know that is a lot of weight to lose in one week, but I also know that I can’t expect to lose that much every week. Or can i? How can I maximize or increase the amount I lose with this diet. Any advice/experience helps. Thanks.
If you know correct weight loss info and program, weight loss is easy. If you are serious, you need to have easy weight loss program that works for you.
