    What is a good weight loss plan?
    I am 5′6” and 130-135lbs. I had a baby april of 2008 and i have lost a total of 5 pounds. I have a belly pooch and i just want it gone so i can feel better about myself. i just need to get on a good weight loss plan. any ideas
    i would like to lose 20-30 pounds

    Targetted weight loss is quite tough, many people would say impossible, but the only thing which clearly delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it was highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I melted away 25 pounds, it clearly does produce results!

    Yeah, i’ve got one, First:

    calculate your BMR (rate at which your body burns calories per day) (link)

    Secondly, subtract either 500 or 1000 calories from that & shoot for that many calories per day. (Subtract 500 for a theoretical 1 lb lost per week, or 1000 for a health 2 lost per week).

    Thirdly, buy vegetables, fruit, and eggs on sale on sunday (look in your local newspaper). The second link, the daily plate, i strongly recommend that you look up the food before you put it in your mouth so that you know what your eating.

    Go to costco & buy a big bag of raw almonds (research their benefits). Oh, and a bottle of multi-vitamins.

    I’d recommend breakfast & lunch consisting of eggs, oatmeal, some piece of fruit, some vegetables, a handful of almonds and many glasses of water.

    Dinner is usally … something healthy.

    Also, i’d recommend doing research on maintaining a high metabolism.

    My thoughts are spread out, but I hope it helped.
