What is the carb rotation diet??
I have heard a lot about this and I am confused because it never gives more info about the food, times, quantity?? How does this diet work, if it does, and anything else that someone can tell me would be great. Thanks.
have no clue but frankly don’t need too i just eat properly and exercise i have a very good image and sports release endorphins to put me always in a very good mood. i don’t beleive in food deprevation; statistics showed that only 5% of fast dieters would be able to maintain their weight, so what’s the point????

If it doesn’t follow good nutritional habits, I wouldn’t even consider it. You would be better off it seems to me to buy "The Everything Nutrition Book", by Tessmer and learn nutrition before you go looking for a diet to follow. At least then you will be informed.

I’m assuming you are talking about Carb Cycling ?? How it works it you cycle your carbs around work-outs. The quantity of carbs depends on your goals and body weight . I can’t give you a definite answer on how many carbs you should be in taking per day but I can give you and example of how to use while working out ..
Monday - Legs - High Carb
Tues- Shoulders , Bis and Tris - Med Carb
Wed - Cardio Only - Low Carb
Thurs - Back and chest - High Carb
Fri - Cardio Only - Low Carb
Sat. - Legs - High Carb
Sun - Cardio Only - Low Carb
THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE . Carb cycling " tricks " your body into fat loss . Its a GREAT method but you have to calculate everything which IMO can be a pain lol . My advice to you to go to Oxygen Magazine .com and sign up to their Forum . Go to Nutrition and there is a " sticky " on Carb Cycling with a better understanding as far as grams
