    Can you really loose a lot of weight by just eating cereal and milk? I want to loose weight and fast. I also want to exercise of course. Or what is an easy diet?

    Honestly, there is no such thing as an easy diet.

    Instead of drinking soda, drink water - or flavored water. Switch those darn chips to fruits and vegetables. . . exercise! =D

    I'm telling everyone about this because after many failed diets this one actually worked for me and since I know the frustration and desperation of wanting to lose weight I just have to spread the word.     The world's easiest diet is NutriSystem. Lots of new mom's use it to lose the baby fat. Buying frozen foods is not the same thing. Nutrisystem is all canned foods.

    Lots of people eat mostly cereal, but usually because they're poor. Cereal can be very high in calories while depriving you of vitamins.

    I recommend you go with something more balanced. Get a good supply of baby carrots and celery sticks from the store, and dip them into a simple dressing, or I like mine with homemade guacamole that's been stretched with cooked, mashed zucchini. Use this to fill out a regular meal plan which can be either pre-prepared like NutriSystem, or based on frozen foods from the store (Smart Ones, or Lean Cuisine for example).

    Remember to reward yourself weekly or every two weeks, as regular as clockwork, so your mind doesn't feel deprived.

    Keep the cereal for breakfast.
