What are the best and worst Nutrisystem foods?

I’m about to sign up for the Nutrisystem Canada diet, and I know that I’ve got to pick a whole month’s worth of food today so I was hoping for some advice of what to get and what definitely not to get, as I’ve heard that some food is just terrible quality but others aren’t as bad. Any advice on the food would be appreciated, I just want to make sure I don’t get a week’s worth of stuff I will find disgusting.

I hate to break the news to you but it is all rubbish.

Stay away from that and eat lots of fresh organic food.
