If you are on the south beach diet, will eating carbs on one day demolish your progess?

I am starting the south beach diet today, but today, we are having chinese food. I really want to eat it. I am gonna eat it. Will these carbs and stuff on one day each week demolish the progress done on the other 6 days of the week of every month?

I’ve been on the South Beach diet for about 2 years now (I lost about 40 lbs…now I’m just maintaining). I occasionally have a high carb meal, like on holidays or family gatherings. It doesn’t set me back. In fact, I usually don’t even gain an ounce, because I just increase my activity that day. But be careful or you will start craving carbs again.

    Southbeach diet is ok, but you can get better faster results with the Kimkins plan. I have been on both South Beach and Atkins, and i have had amazing success with Kimkins. I have lost a total of 18 pounds safely in almost three weeks. Check out the website and the before and after photos. Good Luck
