weight loss made simple?
i am 15, and weigh 180 pounds. i have tried so amny things but i think a simple diet will do the trick. I need soethign easy. not all that like counting and stuff. does any out there know of any simple and easy diets that i could use???

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

hi.i’m 15 too and i’ve been on a diet for about 4 months.I’ve lost 8 kgs(i don’t know the conversion in pounds!)
i am using a calorie-counter book.it is really easy,you don’t have to eat small portions and stuff.you can eat fast-food and candy as long as you keep it low in calories
i thought it would be difficult,but it’s not!and believe me,after you’ve lost the first 2 kgs you will be so proud of yourself that you will want to continue dieting!
oh,don’t forget to drink a LOT of water.it really helps you lose weight!
